The Testing and Research Center is the living room and headquarters building in China Beautéville, which is an important window to see the image of the town. The total land area of the project is 20 aces, and the construction area is 16,000 square meters. There are exhibition hall of BEAUTEVILLE, planning sand table, convenient service center, small town book bar, tourist service center, etc., which is a comprehensive public supporting project integrating exhibition and display, administrative approval, consulting services, business commerce, testing and research, etc. In terms of testing, a third-party professional testing agency is introduced to set up a cosmetics testing center to provide one-stop technical services such as consultation, testing, certification, and design for settled enterprises, and strive to build the largest cosmetics testing center in East China.
CHINA BEAUTEVILLEChina Beautéville is one of the three major cosmetic cluster centers in China, it was founded by Mr. Hou Juncheng, Chairman of Proya Cosmetics, "the top 1 stock of the Chinese beauty and cosmetics ". Beautéville is located in Huzhou, which is the first prefecture-level ecological civilization pilot zone and national ecological city. Also, Huzhou is the common hinterland of the three major cities of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing, that makes the city a well-developed transportation network and those core cities has created the country's largest cosmetics consumer market which provided a broader development space for China Beautéville. The planned area of the first phase is 10 square kilometers, and 3.82 square kilometers has already been completed with 106 companies settled and a total investment of nearly 25 billion. Beautéville mainly introduces high-end cosmetics terminals and supporting industries at home and abroad to create a completed industrial chain dominated by cosmetics production, representing the highest level of China's cosmetics industry and becoming a name card of China's cosmetics industry.
