ColorForge is revolutionizing the way cosmetics are made. Our patented process is capable of manufacturing powder-based cosmetics (such as eye shadow, pressed and finishing powder, bronzers, etc.) with all of the advantages of additive manufacturing. ColorForge uses the same materials found in traditional cosmetics manufacturing, and builds them using a proprietary process that utilizes the widely known binder jetting technique as its underlying core.

Unlike traditional manufacturers, ColorForge can print as many or as few products as are needed.  In the wake of the widespread economic disruption brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, ColorForge can offer faster, more flexible, and more efficient manufacturing that produces higher-quality, individualized goods at reduced costs with less waste. We offer a sustainable, biodegrable alternative to traditional packaging. The prototyping capability of our process is capable of changing the way new products are designed and piloted.
